The Regency NexGen™ bracket system is a traditional two-piece design based on our popular Regency™ system. It incorporates all new design features along with the popular MBT Rx*.

Computer numerical control slot finishing

Our MIM cast bracket structure is teamed with precise CNC slot finishing to insure exceptional archwire slot accuracy and superior finishing characteristics. CNC milling provides for precise and uniform slot tolerances to ensure consistent, predictable and reproducible results. An advanced polishing process also creates a "mirror" finish for dramatically reduced friction and improved sliding mechanics.

Undercut Bracket Ball Hooks A 90 degree angle relative to the tie wing promotes secure engagement of class II auxiliaries.
Beveled and Offset Tie Wings Facilitates sufficient clearance for double or "figure 8" ties when required.
Torque In Base | Compound Contour Design These features allow for precise and easy bracket placement without "rocking".
Rhomboid Bracket Shape | Permanent Scribe Provides long axis and incisal reference for more
accurate bracket placement.
.030 Slot Depth Allows for improved torque control. Sectional and utility archwires may also be employed in combination with primary archwires.
80 Gauge Foil Backed Mesh Bases This base design provides deeper undercuts
for greater bond strength. This is especially important when using modern adhesives designed to eliminate bracket drift or when bonding with high particle fill light cure materials.
Advanced Palladium Brazing Techniques Eliminates bracket/ base separation and the possibility of corrosion.
Optional Base Designs Available Regency NexGen™ Bracket System allows for the interchanging of bicuspid offset or extended bases (mesially/distally), with or without hooks, at no additional charge.
